I have just realized that, I too have lost all my emails (pre Outlook.com era). This is a common subject and have looked at many of the previous discussions. It seems the best method to look at resolving to create a new discussion. I don't believe this was due to inactivity as I have been signing into MSN for 15+ years regularly, previously through hotmail.com (and Windows Live Mail), via Skype and Xbox Live (also for years and years).
