I create new threat in hope it will be faster and easier to You to help me with my lost emails after renaming hotmail account into oultook.com.

I've asked for help with this problem a few times and point out that:

My previous main email adress was ......@hotmail.com. New one is .......@outlook.com (details sent a few times in private messages to Community Moderators).  Additional aliases are connected with account, but no messages come (even sending outside the Microsoft servers). 

- When was the alias account created?
It was 11 June 2013 06:39:06 CET 

- Did the data loss occur right after creating an alias or was the data still there for a brief time?
Whole emails, folders etc. dissapeared at once. Only two invitation emails have apeared.

- Did you have issues logging in before noticing data loss – did you have to reset his/her password?
No, I haven't reset my password.

- Did you click on any link before the issue occurred?
No, I didn't click on any link before - I have only logged into my account via web browser, as usual.

- Did you have issues logging in before or after creating an alias on your account?
No. Every time I have logged into my account was succesfully.

- When was the last time you logged into your account?
Just before changing my main account alias, and everything was ok (emails, folders etc.)

- Description of the data lost (all messages before a date, etc.).
All messages, folders since the account creation.

WHAT'S MORE:

I've tried to retrieve emails using undelete procedure and a few more, but without success.

I will be grateful for your help
