I renamed my account from @Hotmail.com to @outlook.com around mid November 2012. There was a problem accessing my account (emails would not show) and I reported that on another thread. That issue has now been resolved and I can now access my account. However, all my old emails have been deleted. There were many important emails and they are all gone. I understand there is no timeframe to fix this but I have been waiting for a solution for 3/4 of a year. What do you expect me to do with all the lost email? That old email address account is probably going to expire now since I can't access it, which means no hope of recovering my emails. Is this "no timeframe and please wait patiently" tactic meant to make us wait till the email accounts expire and you tell us there's no way of recovering them?
