1. Primary alias was renamed at around 1pm 23/8/13
  2. The data loss occurred right after renaming 

  3. I had not issues logging in before noticing data loss, I did not have to reset password

  4. I did not click on any link before the issue occurred

  5. I did not try to close/deactivate the account before the issue occurred

  6. I did not have any issues logging in before. After changing the primary alias I am able to log into the account but I am unable to access any emails. 

  7. The last time I logged into the account was just prior to changing the primary alias (12:50pm 23/8/13). 


    I require urgent access to my email so any help would be much appreciated!
