I had to change my Hotmail account because I was getting strange emails and figured that it had been compromised. I closed out my old accont and started a new on.  It was working fine.  I had added contacts and was receiving emails at my new address.  Now this morning when I logedd in it said welcome to Outlook and the emails in my inbox are gone and so are my contacts.  I don't know where to go with this.
