This is a time sensitive matter. I have made a few posts with this same problem and as it has been almost a month (Aug 4th was when I noticed the issue) for me to recieve any sort of answer I am resorting to posting on to the community again.

I have been trying to use my escalated account agent link from a prior community question private message, but I don't think it is working anymore as I have stopped recieving replies and the replies I had been recieving all had an automated quality to them which makes me think that my concern isn't actually being looked into.

My last post of this kind was made private and I'm just really hoping either someone will have an opinion as to where to go from here or another "moderator" will see this and provie me with an new escalated account agent as this is a time sensitive matter.

I have been informed that my account was made inactive. This is impossible as the last time I logged into an account was on December 1st, 2012 and the date my account was signed into recently when I noticed the emails gone was: Thursday, August 4th, 2013. This is 246 days. Fom todays date Aug 22 this will be 264 days. How was my account rendered inactive?

Also note:

- No I didn't log on via a mobile browser but my computer. (So that isn't it either)
- All my emails were lost after I switched to outlook.


I would just like to state that I really appreciate some sort of answer that can help me understand how my account became inactive because I just want to reiterate that I had both been on my account within the 270 day deadline and the 365 day deadline. NOW , the 270 day dealine is less that a week away and I don't want my account to become inactive because I was waiting for microsoft to respond.

I have proof via an email I had sent to one of my friends. I won't post it here but I can provide it to Microsoft.

Can someone please answer the following questions:

- When was the date my account became inactive?
- If the email account become inactive why do I still have all my contacts and all my pictures in sky drive.
- I am still recieving new emails from old list serves. Why?
- Did you actually try and retrieve the emails I am asking for ? I understand that they have been "purged" if the account was inactive but as I think this is a sync error not a inactiver error. I would appreciate someone looking into this matter.

I really appreciate the time being taken to answer these questions.
I also really appreciate someone actually looking into this case or checking if the emails can be retrieved.
