I am missing emails. There were many emails that I never deleted in my Deleted file. I have moved the important ones back into my Inbox, but the deleted file only went to 8/23/13. I tried to recover older deleted emails but it wouldn't retrieve any further back. My archive ends at 3/19/2013. Therefore, I am missing all of my emails from 8/23-3/13. I would like to know how to get those back and, more importantly, why emails I never deleted ended up in the deleted file.

Also, My archive shows about 5000 emails. I had 27,000 before this problem occurred. Can you let me know where the rest of the emails are or if they are compressed in some way?

This occurs in both internet explorer and firefox. I recently upgraded to Windows 7, but I am not sure this is related.
