I have been told by a Swedish address that they have sent an email with a link I must use before I can become a registered customer. No message showed up in the regular inbox or in the junk file. Is there somewhere else it might be?

I proceeded with my order as a non-registered customer. At the completion of the process, there was a "thank you for your order" and a statement that they would send an email confirming my order. Again, no email in the inbox or junk file. I am pretty sure I gave the correct email address. I always check the junk file. Is there some deep junk file that I don't know about?
