After reading a number of other posts about e-mails being lost, I have tried everything suggested to no avail.

Having been automatically 'upgraded' from the hotmail interface to Outlook.com, I find that all of my e-mail folders are now empty, save for the "Welcome to your new Outlook.com inbox" e-mail.

Curiously, all of my contacts are still there, in the 'People' section.

Can you please investigate why my e-mails are not appearing in Outlook.com and (hopefully) restore them?
