I use Windows Live Mail 2011 with Windows 10.  I have over 2000 e-mail contacts with many separate sub-groups.  I have suddenly lost approximately 95% of the people within the contact groups.  Some groups were totally emptied (but the category itself was not deleted just the contents), and some were partial.  Can I recover this information or will I be forced to re-populate all these categories again?
