I recently lost all my contacts in Windows Live Mail.  Followed suggestions in previous forum threads to try to recover contacts but nothing seemed to work.

Was not signed in when I started the process and was notified that I didn't have an account when typing in my e-mail address.  

Went ahead and created an account but was not able to access contacts either by "signing in" or by "stop signing in".

Currently using Windows 7.   Loss of Contacts is a huge problem - got any suggestions?
