Firstly this is my first time posting so apologies in advance for any mistakes.
I logged in today for the first time into outlook.com and found no emails in any of the folders (inbox, drafts, junk, deleted), only the welcome email to outlook.com. I have used hotmail.com for many years although not directly for the last couple as I have
been using a forward (whilst keeping a copy in hotmail) to a different providers account. I am pretty sure I have accessed the account directly in the last 365 days but cannot be certain. Can someone (support specialist/moderator) let me know if this is the
case or whether something else is wrong?
other points: I have not renamed my account, and it is highly unlikely my account has been hacked as the password was changed (to a more secure one) not too long ago. I also tried the "recover deleted emails" but it showed none available.
Any other advice/tips from members would also be appreciated
