Lost all emails in hotmail account after adding alias(es) (live and/or outlook)

    1. When was the account renamed? (Estimated Date and Time) 11/11/13 between 10-11 pm central time.

    1. Did the data loss occur right after renaming or was the data still there for a brief time? Right after signing up with either alias, the inbox was empty and I just had a welcome email from the outlook team.

    2. Did you have issues logging in before noticing data loss – did you have to reset his/her password? Not that I recall.

    3. Did you click on any link before the issue occurred? No.

    4. Did you try to close/deactivate the account before the issue occurred? No.

    5. Did you have issues logging in before or after renaming your account? No.

    6. When was the last time you logged into your account? Do not remember.
