I signed up for the Family safety to protect my children from accessing certain material on the internet. I used a hotmail account, but now cannot sign on. I admit, it has probably been a couple of years since I have had to access this account, but need to know how to either delete it or find more info. I only used this account for this purpose and never sent e-mails to use the account recovery screen. Any resolution to this matter.
