Hello, I have had my HOTMAIL.CO.UK account for years. I usually just selected it from my browser and went straight in. However a few days ago I did this but was faced with a 'sign in' page. I couldn't recall any passwords etc that I might have used so long ago and to my horror I couldn't get in and seemed to have lost my account. I have contacted the customer support using the live chat links and have spent about three hours total trying to get someone to provide a solution. All that seems to have occurred so far is that I have filled out online forms, created a 'shadow' new 'OUTLOOK.com' account to receive instructions and even given my partners email as an alternative for them to send info. I have received two emails from microsoft support but they just said we have registered my issue and I should follow the attached link to see 'how your issue is progressing and we will contact you in 24hrs'. The link only takes me to the support front page and tells me to mark certain addresses as 'trusted sites' This I have done but nothing happens.

THE SHORT OF IT IS - I NEED MY HOTMAIL.CO.UK ACCOUNT BACK ASAP AS I HAVE ALL MY CONTACTS ETC AND AM IN THE MIDDLE OF TRYING TO ARRANGE MY WEDDING. THE ACCOUNT MUST BE HELD IN LIMBO SOMEWHERE WAITING FOR A PASSWORD TO RELEASE IT. I CAN'T FIND ANYONE TO TELL ME EASILY HOW TO DO THIS. PLEASE HELP
