I have been using Hotmail for many years and switched to outlook.com a few months back. Unfortunately the email I used is more often the hotmail alias and therefore I decided to change my primary alias back to hotmail

Big mistake. I lost access to my account and now receive the "We're updating your inbox" error for hours. Please help. I really need this fixed.
