Hello. I normally use a yahoo email address but when I went to get a Microsoft certification, I lost the sheet with the Hotmail address I created. I passed the certification but the cert went to the Hotmail email address. No matter what I do or who I call I get sent to a sign in page, where I can't sign in due to not having the Hotmail email address. Please help.
