I had a Hotmail account which I lost access to around 4 years ago. I tried my best to recover the account but as I couldn't remember the secret answer I never got around to getting my account back. I wrote to the Customer Service at Microsoft and gave as much information about my account as I could. Recent Emails etc. Nothing came of it. I gave it up. After 4 years I wish to access my account again. Owing to mails of great sentimental value to me. I have forgotten much about the Subjects of the Emails. But I do still have contacts who I had mailed (still active) who can back up my claim to the account. It would bring me immense happiness if I were to only regain access to my account with all those immensely sentimental mails. 

Please help.
