I logged in my hotmail account after few months and come to know it has been changed to outlook and all my emails are gone, only one email was there from outlook. I lost my 13 years of emails. I tried all the suggestions mentioned on this forum regarding recovery nothing has happened. Is there any way I can get them back? Please let me know or should I close my blank account.
