I've been in contact with Xbox support and have a support ref number: 1216982015
When I try and access my zillah.walker@ntlworld hotmail account, I get a message saying it looks like somebody else is trying to access my account. And when I try and use my proofs, it wants to send them to an alternatate email address that is no longer
valid. I have filled the ACR form to no avail. I am requesting help to remove to remove the proofs from the account and establish new proofs.
