Unfortunately it has been a rather long time since I last tried to get support to get my old hotmail account back, so my information on its contents is fairly limited. I lost this account due to wrong password usage, and the recovery email address I assigned to the account is no longer accessible, (hasn't been for some time). So .. with all automated recovery options that microsoft offers exhausted, I'm here to ask if technical support staff can help me out. This website is alittle odd and I haven't been able to send a support request directly to them, if i understand correctly there is no personal support for this sort of case, here's to hoping I'm wrong because i see no other way of regaining access to my old account.
