Long term relative e-mail contact appears to be blocked my end.She receives mine but replies dont come to my box.Cant see them either in junk.Has her e-mail been blocked.Who do I contact?

Relative abroad frequently in touch receives my e-mails but queried not hearing from her for last 3 months.Eventually telephoned and suggestion is that her e-mails have somehow been blocked.How do I unblock this problem.Or who do I contact?
