When will the bug in Outlook 2011 in which the "replied-to" flags for IMAP messages are missing if you have to reinstall it?

in 2013 and it is now 2016!

PLEASE NOTE: I WANT AN ANSWER FROM MICROSOFT PLEASE!  THERE ARE NO WORKAROUNDS.  I will continue posting here until someone from Microsoft addresses this issue.
