Hi,

I am running Windows 8.1 with it's standard Windows Live e-mail programme.

I have been using this for years and have never had a login window appear and ask for a username and password.

Yesterday, all of a sudden, when I opened Windows Live to get my e-mails as I've done for years, a window appeared asking for username and password which I duly entered.

The window disappeared and then 2 seconds later re-appeared asking again for username and password. No matter how many times I tried, it would not recognize my details.

Now I am unable to receive e-mails or get into my e-mail account at all.

I do not know why suddenly after years this window has started.

Any help would be gratefully accepted.
