I have a skydrive/live account.  When i tried to access this last time it says it is not a valid account/email address.  When i try to request anew password, in case i forgot it, i am told the email is already  in use yet the step before it says it is not valid!!  I have documents in skydrive I am trying to access!  Suggestions?
