I have contacted Microsoft via private chat and twitter and my issue is still unresolved.
It is vitally important for me to get access to my account. Flight information has been sent to my email address and I need to access this immediately. This issue has been on-going for several weeks now and there never seems to be a simple resolution,
or any, apart from filling in the same form that does not work!
Please tell me what I need to do in order to access my account again! I understand the need for security but there must be a balance for customers who have been victim of a hack that can still safely access their important accounts!
