Brand new Dell 8.1.  Had home log-on set-up for me and family; now cannot sign in to my own home, but can to all others.  It won't accept my password and cannot figure why.  I don't know a great deal about computers,  but do know this much-this ain't supposed to be happening.  Also the 'Product' box, below, don't mean anything related to my difficulty, far as I can tell.  Thanx, in advance to whoever can assist me.
