I have a outlook.com email account that I set up a while back and now cannot access it becasue it is locker.  I want to keep this account active.  I never used it initially so everytime I try and submit a help ticket to microsoft I get an auto reply that I have not submitted enough security information to get past the automated filters, everytime I submit a new form (as asked by the auto reply) the system sends me back the same message.  It is an endless loop.  I need a way to send a help ticket to a live body so that I can get the account unlocked so that I can begin using it.
