It is now over a 10 days since I have been able to access my email address and it is costing me my business.
My computer had auto-sign in and i never had to remember my password. I have used the account for many many many years.
I have, as requested, filled in six or seven questionnaires with the greatest of care. All have been rejected.
i have had several emails from "Microsoft Customer Service Representatives" but i am still struggling.
I have followed all links to the support forum and tried to find an answer . however many of the links are no longer valid.
i am in South Africa and i dont know if the sms option works.
I am now desperate,as I don't know what else to do.
Please can someone help me reset the password
