I am unable to sign into my Skydrive account. I had to do a factory reset on my windows 8 phone and backed up my information on the Skydrive as suggested but after reset when I tried to restore my information I was not able to sign in to Skydrive. The
message that came up was that I may have breached the code of conduct. I can't think of anything that was in my information that would have caused this. I have applied for a code to verify and sent in the form under the contact us but have not heard back
from anyone. How do I resolve this issue so that I can get the information from my phone that I sent for backup as the windows phone program told me too. Any help would be appreciated.
