I was locked out of my account (and I appreciate the triggers for this are in everyone's best interest).  Unfortunately, the password resets failed.  The questionnaire succeeded!  But when I reset the password, I still was locked out.  It appears that people enter this futile cycle often.  What can I do to use my email account which I need?
Please note that since I cant see my email, I entered an alternative into the personal/private  section for this community profile; hopefully I will find out whether there is a human wishing to help me!
