Can someone please help me??I have been locked out of my LIVE account for 2 days and I'm simply going around in circles trying to have a password reset. You're asking me information about the account that I simply don't remember - previous passwords, emails I've sent, email addresses of people I know??? Why would I remember this stuff when it's all automatically at my finger tips when I can access my email. I leave myself signed in so I don't have to remember the password. There is no way of talking to a human being and people are just fobbed off in a system that works against the customer. Please send me a temp password to my hotmail account so I can access my LIVE email. This is ridiculous!!
