I have been trying without success to recover access to my hotmail account after it was, unfortunately taken over by hackers and used to send out SPAM.  I have tried to use the form for "Recover your Microsoft account" but have been rejected.  Unfortunately the proposed rememdy of, "sign up for a new account" won't work for me as I have just had promotional materials printed up with my hotmail address on them and it will be costly to have them re-printed with a new address.
