I have had a hotmail account for years. Last week I was asked to re-submit my details as they being overprotective with my security, this included entering another email address. 24 hours later I had an email saying my information in relation to my hotmail account had been verified and a link was attached to click to reset a new password. 

There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later.

This has last for at least five or six days now. I even went back and re-did the whole process so I have two emails, both verifying my information in relation to my email account both leading to this message. 

I just need to get back into my account now. I have flight details in there, all sorts of information for my business. This is crazy. What is going on. HELP please.
