On Christmas day I received a new Surface RT as a present and so proceeded to enter all my Microsoft account details during installation/setup. By doing so, I managed to lock my self out of my account. When I went through the recovery process however it has told me I must wait 30 days for the security information to reset to my other e-mail address. As it was an old account, set up in 2005, the verification process only required an alternative e-mail address. This e-mail address never existed when I proceeded to create and account, however, since locking myself out I have created this e-mail address (the same one I'm using to post this message) to try and recover my account - but with no such luck. I simply cannot wait the 30 days recovery process to run its course because of the importance my e-mail address has in relation to certain e-mails coming through, and specific accounts with various other businesses that I need to access. I can provide any detail of the account you need but I need a solution fast. Thank you.
