I'm heartbroken because I'm locked out of my beloved Hotmail account that I had for 8 years and cannot get back in. I've done the security reset thing more than 4 times and it keeps saying that I have not completed enough information to access my account. 

See well here's the thing, I have a horrible memory and literally cannot recall the subjects of my recent emails or folders I created years ago. I CAN tell you that the bulk of my emails have been sent to just one email address, my boyfriend's. Other than that I have a bunch of stuff in folders but if my account was hacked and any of that stuff were changed, would my answers match up anyhow?

As for my security question information and address birthday stuff. Well, I really do have a terrible memory and sometimes I try to outsmart myself when I set up my security question with what I think is a MEMORABLE answer and then I overthink it and I can't remember the answer I put.

Same thing on my birthday and address. My actual birthday is September 11. But I don't like having a September 11 birthday so sometimes I just choose a different one. (For some reason, I really like August 16.) As for my address, I created the account when I was getting ready to move and I have moved like six times since then and have no idea the last address I updated it to. 

But I can definitely prove that I am I say who I am. So what should I do? Remember, password reset and security verifcation have NOT worked for me, nor any other links to others asking this question.
