I did not updated my profile and I born in 1980, but suddenly I was locked out of my Hotmail account on Monday due to child consent.  There is no way for me to verify my age and I am not able to access my Hotmail.  My fried sent e-mail to your support team and asked for help, but no response at all .  This problem should be solved as soon as possible.
