Hello, this is approximately my 12th attempt at trying to resolve this so here goes: I was unable to access my hotmail account while out of the country in August. As a result, I forgot my passwoprd and essentially locked myself out of my hotmail account. I tried to reset on line but forgot the answer to my secret question.
I called Microsoft USA and Canada and was essentially sent the same link to reset. I've tried numerous times to express the fact that I cannot reset as I forgot my answer to the secret question and am told that they cannot pass me on to a live agent and that I have to email my concern. I do this and get the same link. WHO DO I HAVE TO TALK TO AT MICROSOFT, BILL GATES?
I have ample proof that I am the account holder and I need to access the account as I have legal documents I need. I have already set up an alternate email account to try to resolve the matter but with each attempt, I am locked in this infinite loop.
Can I please speak to a LIVE PERSON in REAL TIME to try and help me? I have been a loyal user for over 11 years. This issue should not be this difficult to resolve. I have done what MS wanted me to do and IT DOES NOT WORK.
Please can I get a live person to help me? I am willing to provide whatever proof necessary.
