I have been locked out of my long-term hotmail account for a couple of days now, and desperately need access to it again. I have flights booked on Sunday the 11th of August and must have access to my account before then. I have filled out the form with all the information I could provide and I was sent an email that you are "unable to verify your ownership" - firstly I gave all the information I could for this account and have been using this account for years - for work and personal use. This account has all my work pay slips, my group certificates that I need to lodge a tax return, tickets for events, online shopping receipts etc, as well as the previously mentioned flight details and information. I have also sent a message to your Facebook page and was re-directed here, where I had to make another account to post this discussion. I had a reference number for the previous form I filled out, however as stated in the email the recovery request is now "closed". 

I have been using this email account for years, almost every day and need this issue resolved as soon as possible. And would like to talk to a person and not be sent an automated message.
