I have been locked out of my hotmail account for a few months now and have been using another account with a different provider as I haven't had time to properly address this one being blocked, but as I will soon be flying with tickets that were sent to my hotmail account, I really need to get back in to this account. 

I have been told that someone has entered the wrong address too many times, have gone through and requested a code to be sent to my phone via phonecall or text (which has never come through) and have made two attempts to retrieve my account through filling out the account survey but have had no success as apparently I didn't have enough details - probably related to the fact I receive a lot of promotional emails to this account and don't know the email addresses or subjects of these emails, and that I rarely send emails.  I would really like to retrieve numerous personal emails that are in this account and be able to use it again, and am looking for someone in the help desk to assist.
