Lockout of my main hotmail account. Says too many attempts.

First time I tried to log in, said account was inactive too long.  I use my account every day.  However, the computer I tried to log in, is one I used last year when visiting son.  I am 82, what can I do now? Visiting son again in Vegas, no phone avail to me. Alternative address also blocked for some reason.  I signed up for a new hotmail account which I had to use to even ask this question.
