Summer of 2012 I was locked out of my @hotmail.com account because someone had attempted to hack it, I was prompted with a time sensitive security response and was asked to provide a phone number an SMS message or a call could be sent to with a code to
access my email. With no phone around to do so I was then locked out of my account with no further options for recovery. It didn't allow me any other option.
None of my security options work for it now and I REALLY just want to talk with technical support, supply them with information on my account (that I can remember) because the auto response form doesn't work and leave it to REAL PEOPLE not machines to deem
whether or not I am the true owner of my own account. I live less than 100 miles away from Microsoft in Redmond and if I have to schedule an appointment with someone there for support I'd be willing.
