i cannot access my hotmail account. my last contact with support was 6 days ago, where i was told the issue had been taken up to another level. the account in question i have had for at least 10 years.

when the issue first arose, i twice tried the box filling page. i also tried signing into the alternate account associated with it, to be told it had also been blocked due to too many password attempts.

i have today tried the txt code, but it didnt work as the cell number i have now is different to the one i signed up with. plus its a new zealand number, so dont know that it would even work.

im getting desperate here and need my account back asap. the lack of it, and worry about what is happening "behind the scenes" by whoever, if that is the case, is affecting my sleep. many of the emails have been stored for many years, and some are from a friend who has since died. most of the contacts i dont have their addresses written down elsewhere and cannot recall the email providers for any of them.

any help or advice is hugely appreciated
