Hi

I have been messing about with MS support for nearly a month. In signing up to OneNote 2010 I created a username and password and then have been happily using the software for 8 months.

Then my company upgraded to OneNote 2013,  which required me to re-login. But I had forgotten my password.

No big deal I thought....how wrong I was. My security question "mothers place of birth" no way I would have selected that (I don't know it!), so assumed I would have entered my own? Then Microsoft wants to know all the in bound/out bound emails I have sent from the account. I have never used email - I didn't even know I could, I signed up for OneNote 2010, nothing else!

So basically I have been going round is circles with Microsoft for a month. They are now saying I need to answers the questions better?!?!

I checked this forum for help - and get directed to an e-form - the link is broken and it takes you no where.

Not being funny BUT CAN SOMEONE FROM MICROSOFT LET ME BACK IN TO MY BLOODY ACCOUNT? No one appears capable or brave enough to step outside a standard process........maybe even (shock horror) speak to me?!?!?

I wondered why I had moved over to Apple for like everything - now I know why, they actually give a stuff about their customers. And they are willing to step outside their own processes to resolve customer issues, you have to moan a bit, but they care and they will pick up the phone.

HELP!!
