I was updating my profile and accidentally changed my birth year to 2013.  I was immediately kicked out of my Hotmail account and have not been able to log in since last week.  I faxed the supposedly necessary information to 425.936.7329 on Thursday and Friday and still haven't heard anything back.  When I attempt to log in it does not give me the option to type in a credit card to verify my identity.  I have a case number, but when I call the support phone numbers I am simply told there is nothing they can do to help me.  Please assist me with fixing the situation.  So far I have received the worst customer service of my life and this issue needs to be resolved ASAP.  Thank you.
