I removed the birth date from my account in an effort to limit the amount of personal information linked to an old email account. I didn't realize that in doing so I would effectively lock myself out of my account. I had to create a new account just to
be able to post this inquiry. I need to know how to re-access my original account and re-enter my birthday so I can access it again. I spent over an hour on the phone being bounced around to different microsoft support staff only to be informed that there
isn't anything they can do and I would have to seek help here. At this point I'd even be happy completely deactivating the account just to be done with the whole affair, but eve to do that I have to be able to login. At this point, every time I try to login,
I get a screen telling me that a parent has to sign me in first. How do I get around this? Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
