I had created a email for my work to be used in conjunction with our Outlook software in house.
I had also tried out the "alias" function which proved useful at the time.
Later i decided to not use some of the previous aliases that I've created by removing them.
I had created a primary one to be used instead...and then BOOM! Locked out.
I've tried to reset it multiple times to no avail.
Outlook.com kept stating that the user name/email does not exist?!
After an hour of trying I finally gave up in frustration.
I then proceeded to create the current one I'm using now to write this plea for help!
I would like to use my original email address which has all of my old emails in there archived.
Any assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
