Hi, I'm locked out of my account,  I accidently changed my birth year to 2013 making me a year old, or less.  Now the system wants my parent to login, in order to give me access.  I just need someone to unlock or change the birth year back to what I originally had.  Contacted the chat support, but they were unable to help with this.  Expecting an important email and need access ASAP'er  PLEASE, HELP!
