Sidenote: I had to make a new email to write this, I tried all the options but the recovery email is also locked and the questionnaire is useless.
Edit - My mother also has this problem, but hers is much more serious as she is losing income.
ok, so i've searched all the threads related to this and THE FOURM MOD'S ARE NOT AT ALL HELPFUL it seems like i'm not the only one with this problem. I can't get into my account because i entered 3 wrong passwords before the right one, this is ludicrous.
Not only this but i can't log onto my xbox account because it asks me to sign in then says "Sorry, something's wrong with your microsoft account. Go to httpps://account.live.com for help. Code: 8015D003" that takes me to a log on screen, where i log in to
find the good ol' looks like someone might be accessing your account. Any help would be much appreciated, even more so from an actual person, not just the generic response.
