Can I restore my Windows Live Mail files/folders, which were local, and convert them to some other current email app? Recently had a computer problem.  A tech backed up my computer, then wiped out Windows 10 and reinstalled Windows 7 -- which is what my computer was meant for.  In so doing, I lost Windows Live Mail local application .  I hope that all of the local files containing my contacts and all of my emails are still on my computer somewhere.  Can anyone provide a suggestion?  Thanks.
